Countrywide Bank, which is revamping its funds management operations, has appointed Paul Lyons as its new senior manager of sales and marketing.
Lyons, who was formerly with EquitiLink, replaces James Turnbull who is now with Macquarie.
At Countrywide Lyons will be responsible for product design, marketing presentation and promotion.
Countrywide has also appointed Megan Baker to manage the banks advisory sales force. She is a qualified financial adviser and previously lectured at the Auckland Institute of Technology and has been involved in establishing training programmes for the Insurance Institute.

Baker reports to Lyons and Lyons reports to chief manager funds and insurance Rob Wood.
