Mark Patton has replaced Peter Baynes as chief executive of Jacques Martin New Zealand.
Patton was formerly JMNZ's marketing manager.
JMNZ is the leading provider of outsourced administration services for the financial sector and a pioneer in th adminstration of master funds and wrap account services.
