RSA's Scott leaves

Scott has agreed to continue in a consulting capacity to help with the launch of the initial public offering (IPO) and to support transition initiatives.
Until new management structures are finalised, the senior management team will report to Royal & SunAlliance Financial Services chief executive Dennis Fox.
