Two changes at the Securities Commission

Wednesday, June 15th 2005, 6:57AM
Financial planner Rodger Spiller has ended his term on the Securities Commission as has Falcon Clouston.

They are being replaced by Neville Todd and David Jackson, who have expertise in the stockbroking and business communities, and in the financial advisory and audit areas.

Neville Todd is an executive director of Milford Asset Management. Prior to this role he was managing director of Salomon Smith Barney in New Zealand, providing stock broking and investment banking services to New Zealand institutions and companies. His earlier career was within the financial services industry as a private client and institutional equity advisor. Over this period he also advised major global institutions in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Asia on New Zealand equities.

Jackson is a senior audit partner with Ernst & Young, a position he will step down from in June 2005. His experience covers corporate governance, audit and risk management, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and divestment.
