New head of operations minted
Mint Asset Management has appointed a new head of operations.

Gretchen Drake has joined the fund manager as Head of Investment Operations where she will be overseeing operational duties.
She recently returned from London where she was Head of Investment Accounting and Settlements at J. Rothschild Capital Management, the asset manager of the UK listed investment trust RIT Capital Partners plc.
During this role she gained experience overseeing back office operations and fund accounting with exposure to a variety of investments, both listed and private across international markets.
