Delay in draft of proposed new advisers' code

The Code Committee for Financial Advisers says it has delayed the release of the exposure draft version of the Code of Professional Conduct for Authorised Financial Advisers.
It is expected that the exposure draft will be available on the Code Committee on October 3. This will be available for comment for three weeks instead of the two weeks previously indicated.
No reason was given for the delay.
