Commercial property is swinging back into fashion as investors seek greater security compared with the uncertainties and the nasty losses many have suffered on global sharemarkets during the past two years.

Investment companies such as AMP Henderson are focusing increasing attention on property. If they'd had a higher percentage of their funds invested in property, these companies would be reporting much better returns.
