Loan Types and repayment structures
Types of property, land tenure, security
Day 2
Debt Structures
Legal Entities
Loan Criteria and lending principles
The Application Process
After each section, group exercises will be carried out to reinforce the learning, and there is a short knowledge test and a case-study on Day 2.
