Just back from the World Champs, Kate is a truly inspirational woman who has been through all sorts of personal challenges and has overcome them.
Kate shares her story, the trials and tribulations, and her journey to become a Paralympic competitor and a silver medal winning Paralympian. Kate is both modest and humorous as she recounts her touching story.
