Maintaining a focus on consistent dividend growth

Fidelity European Values (FEV) provides selective exposure primarily to continental European equities, seeking to achieve long-term capital growth through investing in companies able to grow dividends consistently over a three- to five-year time horizon. FEV has outperformed its benchmark over three, five and 10 years and, while underperforming during the later stages of the recent market rally, has outperformed in June and July 2014 as the market has weakened. While the manager has a cautious view of the European market outlook, he sees scope for FEV to outperform based on the portfolio’s potential to deliver dividend growth ahead of the index. MORE »
