First Mortgage Trust appoints BDM
First Mortgage Trust has promoted an associate business development manager to the role of BDM.

Cameron McLachlan takes on a new position at the non-bank lender.
McLachlan started at FMT as an Associate Business Development Manager in April 2020, and was previously at ANZ’s Property Finance Unit.
Bruce Smith, Strategic Partnership Manager at FMT said: “The FMT team have been impressed with Cameron since he came onboard last year, and we’re pleased to be able to promote him internally to the BDM role.”
McLachlan is based out of the Parnell office in Auckland.
FMT said the new BDM has been involved in "some of FMT’s largest development transactions and will continue to support the construction and development side of the business".
McLachlan said: “I’m really looking forward working with the team and clients, and to contribute to FMT’s ongoing growth and success.”
